RiOT Patch 5

A small update for RiOT, but with some helpful changes:

• Slightly adjusted the eye physbone collider to prevent clipping through glass’s surface (thanks Ren&Ben on the discord for the report and the new values!).
• The shield now goes bonk when you or someone else hits it with a weapon (using the one of the usual contact tags)

Some QoL improvements for the flashlight!

• Flashlight now follows your head. (I have a chest tracker and didn’t realize how hard it was to aim without one lol)
• Flashlight now has an intensity slider! Keep it low to avoid blinding your friends, or turn it up to see in dark places.
